FIELD: supply of air to internal combustion engines and gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: turbo-compressor has fixed housing and rotor with radial partitions and passages between them. These passages are made in form of half-rings. They are profiled as centripetal reaction gas turbine from inlet as far as center and as centrifugal compressor from center as far as inlet. Inlets of rotor passages are connected with intake gas pipe line and intake air pipe line over periphery and their outlets are connected with exhaust air pipe line and exhaust gas pipe line also over periphery. Passages are bounded by circular surface of housing between rotor partitions over periphery. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of turbo-compressor; improved operating characteristics. 3 dwg
