FIELD: medical engineering in traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: device has body with longitudinal slots in which clamping bolts with distance bushes and slides with rods are installed. Device also includes distance frame with built-in reposition assembly made as needle with traction mechanism. Traction mechanism consists of turret containing stepped threaded bush, pin and traction screw with stop pin and longitudinal recess. Needle is positioned in stop pin and longitudinal recess of traction screw interacting with nut arranged on turret loosely. Device is fitted with manual reposition handles. Handle includes bar with longitudinal T-shaped recess and moving clamps of rods. Every clamp consists of post with lock and bolt, head of which is aligned with T-shaped recess of bar.
