In order to produce a fibre nonwoven from a pre-nonwoven, a conventional card drum 1 with a suction-controlled continuously moved catching surface 2 for the fibres flying off from the card drum 1 is used. So that advantageous conveying conditions can be ensured for the fibres which fly off, suction is applied to the fibre clothing of the card drum 1 in layers in successive circumferential regions of the drum surface by means of suction ducts 3 between the card drum 1 and the catching surface 2, for the purpose of forming fibre part-streams. <IMAGE> |
