PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a branched polyolefin that has a sufficient melt tension, melt viscoelasticity and melt fluidity and shows excellent melt processability by containing a specific main chain and a graft chain and specifying propylene content and the like. SOLUTION: This branched polyolefin includes a main chain of at least one selected from a 1-20 Cα-olefin, a cyclic olefin and styrene (excluding propylene homopolymer chain), and a graft chain comprising a copolymerization part of at least one of ethylene, a 3-20Cα-olefin, a cyclic olefin and styrene. In this case, the content of propylene is 60-99.9 wt.%, satisfies formulas I and II [MI is melt index in g/10 minutes at 230 deg.C; MI5 and MI2.16 are melt indexed under the loads of 5.0 kg and 2.16 kg, respectively; Mw and Mn are weight- average molecular weight and number-average molecular weight according to the gel permeation chromatography, respectively; MS relates to the melt tension in gram at 230 deg.C and the intrinsic viscosity [η] is 0.1-15.0 dl/g in tetralin solvent at 135 deg.C.
