PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ohteining superior stability of an emulsion liquid at the time of emulsification to be particularly demonstrated in the emulsification at a high temperature, in which the oil flotation and flocculation are not generated and a stabilized emulsion liquid is prepared. SOLUTION: In a hydrophilic liquid in which at least one kind of improved polyvinyl alcohol into which a 2-18C alkyl is introduced is dissolved, a hydrophobic liquid containing an electron donative coloring agent and a polyvalent isocyanate is emulsion-dispersed, and then synthetic polymer films are formed on droplets to coat the droplet surfaces. In this case, modified polyvinyl alcohol containing 0.1-5 mol % alkyl is used. |
