<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce significantly an amount of a secondary waste while a waste is converted to a heat energy to be effectively utilized as an electric energy by a method wherein a gasification treatment of the waste is enabled to be efficiently executed, and a dioxin, a chlorine gas, etc., regarded as harmful matter are prevented for being exhausted to surroundings. SOLUTION: A pyrolytic process wherein a waste (a) containing organic matter is dry-distilled in a state of blocking air to be separated into a pyrolytic gas (b) and a dry distillation residue (c), a gas modification process wherein a modified gas (e) containing a low molecular hydrocarbon is obtained by pyrolysis of the pyrolytic gas (b), a residue cooling process wherein the dry distillation residue (c) is solidified by cooling, a mechanically treating process wherein a pyrolytic char (g) is obtained by grinding and sorting the solidified dry distillation residue, and a melting gasification process wherein the pyrolytic char (g) is introduced to execute combustion at a high temperature, mineral constituents are melted, and a gasified gas (i) containing a low molecular hydrocarbon is obtained, are provided.</p> |
