PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition improved in a rate of vulcanizing and moldability by incorporating a carbocyclic phosphite compound, a dihydrogen phosphate ester compound having a specific acid number, an ethylene/α- olefin-based copolymer rubber having a specific mol.wt. and a liquid NBR into an NBR or a rubber consisting mainly of the same. SOLUTION: Employed are a carbocyclic phosphite compound (A) of formula I (wherein R is 8-24C alkyl, or phenyl mono-, di- or tri-substituted with 1-10C alkyl), a dihydrogen phosphate ester compound (B) of formula II (wherein R' is H or 1-13C alkyl; and R" is 1-13C alkyl) having an acid number of about 150-800 KOH mg/g and an ethylene/α-olefin-based copolymer rubber (C) having a number average mol.wt. (Mn) of 10<4> -10<6> . The components A and B are employed in a total amount of about 5-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the rubber and in a ratio of the former to the latter of about 20-90 wt.% to about 80-10 wt.%, and the component C and a liquid NBR (D) are employed in a total amount of about 1-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the rubber and in a ratio of the former to the latter of about 5-95 wt.% to about 95-5 wt.%. |
