PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-wheel rotary type bag breaking device to break a packed bag body to remove hazardous substances and foreign matters from the packed bag in which collected recyclable wastes are packed, and to construct the safe recycle system. SOLUTION: A throw-in port 2 to throw a packed bag body (a) in which recyclable wastes a2 are packed on an upper part of a machine body 1, a rotary drum body (large) 3 and a rotary drum body (small) 4 are stretched immediately below the throw-in port 2 opposite to each other in a right-to-left direction, a plurality of breaking plates 5 are provided in the axial direction with the specified intervals on the circumferential surface of the rotary drum body (large) 3, plurality of cutting blades 5' to cut in, tear and cut off the packed bags (a) are projected on each bag-breaking plates 5, bag support plates 6 with a plurality of projecting blades 6' to support the packed bags (a) are continuously provided on the circumferential surface of the rotary drum body (small) 4 at the intermediate position of the bag-breaking plates 5 adjacent to each other, a flexible supporting rod 7 to flexibly follow and support the thrown-in package bags (a) is projected, and an outlet to take out the recyclable wastes a2 and the cut bag a1 is provided below the machine body 1. |
