PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyethylene-coated steel material easy of peeling and removing operation of coating, and excellent in corrosionproof characteristics. SOLUTION: A polyethylene-coated steel material is formed by sequentially laminating an epoxy primer layer 3, wherein 20-80 wt.% polyethylene powder is dispersed with respect to an total amount of an epoxy resin, a curing agent and other additives (excluding the polyethylene powder), and a polyethylene layer 4 on a surface of a steel material 1 applied a surface treatment. By using the polyethylene-coated steel material, the polyethylenecoated steel material easy to peel and remove coating and excellent in corrosionproof characteristics can be obtained. |
