PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a developing latitude without photosensing under a white lamp by incorporating an alkali water soluble polymer compound having one of a phenolic hyxroxyl group, sulfoneamide group or active imide group and a compound represented by a specific formula. SOLUTION: The photosensitive compound is obtained by incorporating one type or more of an alkali water soluble polymer compound having at least one of a phenolic hydroxyl group, sulfoneamide group or active imide group and a compound represented by a specific formula and a compound represented by a formula I or II, wherein R<1> to R<6> are each a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group, cycloalkyl group, aryl group, aralkyl group or heterocyclic group, R<1> and R<2> , R<3> and R<4> , R<5> and R<6> may form in combination 5 to 7-membered ring together with N, R<7> to R<9> are each a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, alkoxy group, aryloxy group, cyano group, or hydroxyl group, and X<-> is a monovalent anion. |
