PURPOSE:To facilitate independent functional check of a motor itself by a method wherein, in addition to an external control instruction means, an internal control instruction generating means which is operated with a predetermined operation pattern is provided to drive the motor. CONSTITUTION:A control signal switching device 7 which switches the control signal between an upper hierarchy driving instruction device 1 and an internal control instruction generating means 3a is provided at the input part of the microcomputer 3 of a servocontroller 2. In the normal operation, the switching device 7 is connected to the upper hierarchy driving instruction device 1 by a remote controller 8 and the control signal drives a servomotor 5 through an automatic position control amplifier 3b, an automatic speed control amplifier 3c and an automatic current control amplifier 3d. A current signal IF detected by a CT 4 and a rotation position signal NF and a speed signal PF which are detected by an encoder 6 are fed back. When the product is independently checked, the control signal is switched from the driving instruction device 1 to the internal instruction generating means 3a by the device 7 and the servomotor 5 is driven with a predetermined pattern. |
