PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coating utensil by which an ink is not repelled even when the ink is applied on a non-absorbing surface for the ink while equipped with a function wherein the motion of a sliding plug is smooth, and also, an ink trace is not remained on an ink barrel. SOLUTION: This coating utensil has an ink barrel 2 in which an ink under the state wherein the fluidity is kept is stored, and to the tip end of the ink barrel 2, an applying part is connected, and in the ink barrel 2, a sliding plug 7 which moves following to the consumption of the ink, is provided, and for such a coating utensil, the ink includes alcohol or ether alcohol as a solvent, and on the ink barrel 2, methylphenylsilicone is applied or dropped. |
