This device is coupled to the windows of motor-vehicle doors and comprises a suction/impulsion unit which sucks the hot air from the passenger compartment and expels it outside the motor vehicle. To this end, the device consists of a box with an intermediate slot via which it straddles the window in the door, forming two chambers, one on each side, which are in communication at the top and which at the bottom have their own openings, one of which chambers, the inside one, contains the suction/impulsion device, whilst the outside chamber has, in its front face, the photoelectric panel assembly for electrically powering the suction/impulsion device. <IMAGE>
