A first (15) and second (16) jigs joint the filter case without gap to minimise the leakage of the fifth harmonic. The jigs have the waving joint part to link to the filter case. The upper parts of the waving parts (15-1)(16-1) in the first and second jigs are linger than the lower parts and tilted to inward. The joint supporter (16-2) which length is shorter than the lower part of the jig is placed at the lower part of the second jig. When jointing the jig and the cases (2,2a), the vertical face without deformation is formed at h/4 region where h is a depth of the lower case (2a).
