PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the pulsation of a sphygmomanometer by forming a projecting portion tilting smoothly at the circumference of a rotor and pressing it sequentially from the inlet side to the outlet side while contact-sliding an air chamber. SOLUTION: When a rotor rotates and a projecting portion 17 moves, as air in an outlet 15a is compressed by the projecting portion 17, the air is exhausted from an outlet 15a. An air chamber 7a and the other air chamber 7b are connected to an inlet 13a by a communicating section 19. When the projecting portion 17 comes to the position of the air chamber 7b that blocks the inlet 13b and compresses the air chamber, an inlet 13a side air chamber of the air chamber 7a is extended and expanded by the communicating section 19 and forces air to flow in. As air can be sucked while exhausting from the two air chambers, immediately after one exhaustion ends, next exhaustion can be made, and while one air chamber is exhausting air, the other air chamber also exhausting air. Therefore, pulsation, the size of pulsation that is indicated by a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of a pulse wave, can be reduced to about 40% of conventional sizes.
|
