PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liq. bleaching agent article wherein the contents do not exude to the surface of a container. SOLUTION: A plastic container with a thickness of 20-500μm is filled with a liq. bleaching agent compsn. contg. hydrogen peroxide, a nonionic surfactant of the formula: R-(OCH2 CH2 )n -OH [wherein R is an 8-18C alkyl; and (n) is the average number of moles of ethylene oxide added], and a sequestering agent. The nonionic surfactant is characterized in that (a) (n) is 6-15; (b) the content of an unreacted alcohol is 2 wt.% or lower; and (c) when the number of moles of ethylene oxide added having the highest content (wt.%) is nmax , the relation represented by the formula [wherein iαis nmax+2 ; iβis nmax-2 ; and Yi is the wt. percentage when the number of moles of ethylene oxide added is (i)] is satisfied.
