PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain firm joining state to a metal without causing crack in ceramics by arranging a metal material oppositely parallel to a ceramic base material at a definite interval to the ceramic base material and making the metal material collide with the ceramic based material by applying shock wave to the metal material. SOLUTION: The interval between a ceramic base material and a metal material has a size enough to ensure a size of interval capable of accelerating flying speed of the metal material flying toward base material direction to about >=600 m per second. When the thickness of the metal material is several tenμm, the enough interval is serveral tenμm to about 100μm and when the thickness of the metal material is several hundredμm, the enough interval is about 0.5 to about 1 mm. Aerial shock wave or underwater shock wave generated together with detonation is utilized as the shock wave. Especially, when source of shock wave is detonation of explosives, it is preferable, because control of energy is becomes easy.
