PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice puff tasted with curried rice, easy to eat for children having taste remarkably changing from sweetness. SOLUTION: This process is comprising, charging rice puff which is prepared by pressurizing nonglutinous rice to 10 atmospheric pressure in a pressure cooker under heating and carrying out atmospheric exhaustion at once, into an agitator, uniformly spraying melt margarine on the surface of rice puff in the agitator, sprinkling separately prepared curry seasoning and curry spice by sprinkling little by under agitation of predetermined time and drying this in required time after the curry seasoning and curry spice are adhered to the whole surface of the rice puff. |
