SELF-RESTORABLE WATER BARRIER SHEET, WATER BARRIER STRUCTURE OF WASTE DISPOSAL SITE AND METHOD FOR EXECUTING WATER BARRIER SHEET OF WASTE DISPOSAL SITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waste disposal site having excellent self-restorable performance. SOLUTION: Self-restorable water barrier sheets 22, 23 are laid on a floor surface 18 of a waste disposal site to a part of a normal. In the sheets 22, 23, water bloating tendency sheets 26 are stuck on one surfaces of the water barrier sheet bodies 24. The sheet 26 is a nonwoven fabric made of a water absorptive bloating fiber for bloating when absorbing moisture. If a hole 60 is opened at the sheet 23 as shown in Fig. (A), when water is invaded from the hole 60, the fiber of the sheet 26 absorbs the water as shown in Fig. (B), so that gaps among the fibers are eliminated, and the sheet 26 itself bloats to cut-off the water. The bloated part of the sheet 6 is advanced to the hole 60 to block the hole 60.
