<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good finishing appearance by emitting a microwave on a single layer or a laminate containing at least one thermoplastic resin layer having a hydroxyl group or an amide group, and then molding or vacuum molding it, thereby a eliminating occurrence of a molding spot, streak, wrinkle or the like. SOLUTION: In case of molding s single layer or a laminate of a thermoplastic resin layer having a hydroxyl group or an amide group, it is molding immediately after emitting a microwave to it. For the microwave irradiation, a microwave generator having, for example, a commercial frequency of 2.45 GHz and a power of 0.1 to 2 kw is used, and an irradiation time is preferably 1 to 30 sec. Then, the single layer or laminate irradiated with the microwave is molded in a desired shaped by a method such as a vacuum molding or the like. As the thermoplastic resin used for the thermoplastic resin layer having the hydroxyl group or the amide group, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified compound, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polyamide resin or the like can be used.</p> |
