PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hollow conjugate yarn comprising a specific copolyester and a prescribed crystalline thermoplastic polymer in a specified ratio, having a feeling of repulsion, tension, a feeling of stiffness, lightness, excellent in prevented from being seen through and color development by the existence of a hollow part having a fixed percentage of hollowness. SOLUTION: This specific conjugate yarn comprises (A) a copolyester containing 0.6-3.5 mol.% of a copolymerization unit of the formula (Ar is an aromatic group; M is a metal) such as 5-sodium sulfoisophthalate or the like in the whole acid component constituting the polyester and 0.5-10 wt.% of fine particles such as silica, titanium oxide, barium sulfate or the like having 0.03-2μm average particle diameter and (B) a crystalline thermoplastic polymer having >=150 deg.C melting point such as a polyethylene terephthalate, a polybutylene terephthalate, nylon 6, nylon 66 or nylon 12, containing 2-15 wt.% of the fine particles having 0.03-2μm average particle diameter. The component A amounts to >=80% the whole circumference of a yarn section. A hollow part having 1-25% percentage of hollowness exists in the conjugate yarn.
