PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel wherein an elastomer emitting mechanism can be seasily mounted and an air bag door can be integrally molded in an instrument panel main body by using a high impact resin different from a resin for a core material and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: In an instrument panel and a method for producing the same, a laminate skin 25 wherein a skin and a foamed sheet material are bonded is inserted into the gap between the cavity mold 24a and core mold 24b of the mold 24 held to an open state of resin injection molding machine 22 and a thermoplastic elastomer 26 is emitted to the air bag door shape part provided to the air bag door shape part provided to the core mold 24b by the elastomer emitting mechanism 23 provided in the vicinity of the core mold 24b to be clamped and pressed along the laminate skin 25 and the resin 27 for the core material is ejected to the rear surface of the laminate skin 25 (25A) so as to surround the elastomer 26 to integrally bond the laminate skin 25 (25A) and the elastomer 26. |
