PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain liquid egg with no physically property deterioration even if subjected to freeze preservation or heat sterilization. SOLUTION: This liquid egg is obtained by the following procedure: broken eggs are put into a globular vessel and then agitated through subjecting the vessel to both horizontal rotation and vertical motion around the perpendicular central axis. |
