<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink jet ink having preservation stability with time, nozzle discharge stability, redissolving properties and further sufficient printing density and excellent light resistance by using a compound capable of changing the structure and convertible into a pigment by heating as a colorant. SOLUTION: This ink jet ink contains (A) 0.1-5.0 wt.% of a compound represented by formula I X is H, a halogen, a (substituted) alkyl or the like; Y is represented by formula II [R1 to R3 are each H, a halogen, a (substituted) alkyl or the like]}, (B) 0.1-30.0 wt.% of a resin (preferably a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc.) and (C) 65.0-99.8 wt.% of an organic solvent (e.g. methyl ethyl ketone). Furthermore, (D) 0.1-5.0 wt.% of an electroconductive compound (specifically potassium iodide, etc.) is preferably contained. The compound represented by formula I is preferably obtained by reacting a diketopyrrolopyrrole with a dicarbonate, a trihaloacetic ester or an azide in the presence of a catalyst of an organonitrogen-containing base in an aprotic organic solvent.</p> |
