PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. in which decomposition can be suppressed even under severe conditions of high temp. and high humidity and high electric insulating property and high thermal conductivity as the intrinsic characteristics can be maintained, by mixing an aromatic amine compd. condensate product to an aluminum nitride powder. SOLUTION: The aluminum nitride powder used preferably has 0.1 to 500μm average particle size, and its shape may be any of fibrous, flake-like, acicula and spherical form. The aromatic amine compd. condensate product preferably has 1000 to 50000 weight average mol.wt. The condensate product is preferably compounded by 0.001 to 500 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the aluminum nitride. By mixing these, the aluminum nitride powder is surface treated with the aromatic amine compd. condensate product and the obtd. aluminum nitride powder has adsorption of the aromatic amine compd. condensate product on its surface. |
