PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer material and a packing material which are excellent in strength, and easy is recycling, disposal, storage and re-use of the buffer material after use. SOLUTION: A lower buffer material 16 in which a styrol foam pellet 17 is filled in a container 14 for a lower part formed of paper, and a lid 15 for the lower part formed of paper is closed is fitted to a lower part of an article 1 to be packed. An upper buffer material 13 in which the pellet 17 is filled in a container 11 for an upper part formed of paper, and a lid for the upper part is closed is fitted to an upper part of the article 1 to be packed, and the article to be packed is stored inside a packing box 2, and a lid of the packing box is closed. |
