PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processed food of glutinous rice comprising the dough part of glutinous rice hardly hardening for many hours, consequently not losing characteristic viscosity of rice cake for many hours, having just prepared texture for many hours. SOLUTION: Steamed glutinous rice and bean-curd refuse are integrally pounded to give the dough of processed food of glutinous rice. In this case, the steamed glutinous rice, bean-curd refuse and Artemisia princeps may be integrally pounded to give the dough. The ratio of the bean-curd refuse is 0.3-0.6 kg to 1 kg of the glutinous rice. The bean-curd refuse is laminated to the glutinous rice, which is steamed by a steaming basket. The steamed glutinous rice and the bean-curd refuse are integrally pounded to give a dough, from which a desired food is formed. |
