PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver drying apparatus of low height even with three- tiered drying chains. SOLUTION: This laver drying apparatus has such a scheme that endless drying chains 100-102 are set up in three tiers in a drying chamber; the distance between the upwardly moving part 102a and the downwardly moving part 102b of the lowermost drying chain 102 is designed to be wider than those for the other two drying chains 100, 101; through the space between the uppermost drying chain 100 and the medium drying chain 101, drain-board frames 10 are delivered by the aid of a pawled conveyance chain 51 and another delivery chain 103, while through the space between the medium drying chain 101 and the lowermost drying chain 102, the drain-board frames 10 are delivered by the aid of the pawled conveyance chain 51. |
