<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment method for a light source for illumination which is capable of rapidly executing positioning of a light emitting source and fixation of an illumination tube without contaminating the inside surface of a reflector. SOLUTION: A cylindrical mouthpiece 7 having a collar part 7a is fixed in a sleeve state to a circular tubular part 12a of an illumination tube 12 and a cylindrical collar 8 provided with a collar part 8a in contact with the collar part 7a is held in a fitting state at the cylindrical part 1b of the reflector 1 by an inorg. tacky adhesive 9. The cylindrical mouthpiece 7 is freely inserted into the cylindrical collar 8. The illumination tube is moved in (x), (y) directions in the state that both collar parts 7a, 8a are held in contact by a positioning means 20. Focus positioning is executed by moving the illumination tube in a (z) direction. In addition, both collar parts 7a, 8a are joined by laser welding. The cylindrical collar 8 is fixed to the cylindrical part 1b of the reflector 1 by heating the inorg. tacky adhesive 9 sideways.</p> |
