PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently add and mix additives such as adding gas or powder into a plasma jet. SOLUTION: A plasma torch 1 is provided with a blowoff nozzle 5 blowing- off additives in its center part and a ring-shaped plasma nozzle 4 in its peripheral part. By forming such torch structure, a plasma jet is cylindrically jetted, the additives are added to the center part, and all additives are mixed with the plasma jet, are heated to a high temp. and are effectively utilized. |
