PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide a buffer material simple in constitution and excellent in buffer effect. SOLUTION: A buffer material 100 is provided with a paper bag 20, and a buffer stock 10 in which gas is sealed in a bag body consisting of at least one polyvinyl alcohol film to be stored in the paper bag, and its opening is sealed 25 by a means of adhesion. A sealed part is cut at its center to continuously form a plurality of buffer stocks 10, and a plurality of buffer stocks are stored in paper bag. Alternatively, A gas filling hole in the buffer stocks is sealed by lapping a small PVA film piece with water drops thereon. |
