PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or suppress the formation of intermetallic compds. by the reaction between a retainer made of steel in a hot dip metal coating bath and hot dip metal and to enable long-term stable plating for a steel sheet. SOLUTION: On the contact face (the part in contact with a plating soln.) of a retainer 12 made of steel arranged in a hot dip metal coating bath and a member 11 on the fixed side, with WC-Co sprayed coating interposed, or without interposing sprayed coating, TiAlN coating 14 is formed, and this coating has a compsn. expressed by Ti1-x Alx N, where (x) lies in the range of 0.4 to 0.9 and has 0.5 to 10 μm thickness. |
