<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scorch generated in manufacturing a packaged food by providing a process to spray and apply a releasing oil to an inner surface of a container after a packaging container is opened in an automatic food packaging device including means of feeding a bag, opening the container, filling the content, achieving the deaeration heat seal and discharging the bag. SOLUTION: A flat-bag pouch is opened with the air from an opening vacuum part (b) and an opening air nozzle (e) after it is taken out of a pouch magazine (a) by a vacuum part (b) and a gripper (c), and set to a filling rotary table A. A releasing oil is sprayed from a spray nozzle (f) to which a releasing oil feed pipe (g) and an air feed pipe (h) are connected over an inner surface of the opened pouch. The solid material is filled in the pouch from a hopper (i) for charging the solid material, and the liquid is poured from a nozzle (j) for filling the liquid. Then, the pouch is moved from a delivery process (means) 6 to a deaeration rotary table B, and stored in a vacuum chamber (k) for deaeration.</p> |
