<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and safety of a pulling-out work by providing a process feeding high frequency current to a heating coil to induction-heat the joint part of a bearing part and a bearing, and a process feeding pressure in a bag-like vessel to expand the bag-like vessel and pull a clamped bearing part in the pulling-out direction. SOLUTION: In this pulling-out device 1, a bag-like vessel 4 in which a heating coil 5 is received and arranged is set by insertedly fitted to the outer circumferential face of a bearing part 3, a transistor invertor 6 is operated to feed high frequency current to the heating coil 5, and the joint part of the bearing part 3 and a shaft 2 is induction heated by magnaflux emitted from the heating coil 5. Further a pressure feed device 7 is operated to expand the bag-like vessel 4, the bag-like vessel 4 is clamped by the bearing part 3, and because the bearing part 3 is pulled in the pulling-out direction in the state by operating a pulling device 8, it can be pulled out in a state dissolving the seizure state of the joint part. Hereby, the pulling-out work of the bearing part can be executed easily and safely.</p> |
