PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth material for hair setting having high air permeability, high water repellency and low frictional electrostatic property, to which a hair, water, an oil, etc., hardly adhere. and further excellent in wearing property, and capable of repeatedly being used. SOLUTION: This cross material for hair setting having >=50 water repellency, <=1,500 V frictional electrostatic voltage and 3-12 cm bending resistance measured by a 45 deg. cantilever method is obtained by applying a resin component containing a water repellent and an antistatic agent to a nonwoven cloth having 10-2,000 cm<3> /cm<2> .sec air permeability and 50-200 g/m<2> fabric weight. |
