<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof balcony of a unitized building such that the exterior wall member of the roof balcony which has no opening therein can be easily joined with a floor part whereby working efficiency can be enhanced. SOLUTION: A roof balcony 20 for a unitized building having pluralities of building units and attic units is formed by cutting a part of the pitched roof surface member of the eaves side attic unit 18, and the exterior wall member 52 of the roof balcony 20 is provided above an upright wall 1 provided on a floor part B. Thus, since the roof balcony can be installed simply by attaching an exterior wall to the floor part after operations for the floor part and for an exterior wall are performed at respective sites, the exterior wall member of the roof balcony which has no opening therein becomes easier to install and working efficiency can be enhanced.</p> |
