PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device usable as a part of a general catheter aedeagus for quickly stopping the blooding after an intravascular treatment is ended by including a hub having a hole and working cavity having a dimension capable of receiving a tubular aedegus sheath for blood vessel and also having a slender tubular member slidable with the aedegus. SOLUTION: A tip 42 of an insertion device 14 is extended outward so that it can respond to the engagement with the wall of a blood vessel 34 with a high tactile sensitivity. An annular cavity 44 communicates with a plurality of outlets arranged at intervals around the extended part of the tubular member 38 with a well-regulated angle. Regardless of the tip form of the injection device 14, a doctor operates the plunger of an injector 58 successively to the use of an instrument, and injects a coagulating agent into a wound in the inlet position of a selected blood vessel. The aedeagus is then removed. Since the artery pressure is relatively high, and an obturator and the aedeagus are fitted to each other in a good manner in the inlet position of the blood vessel, the unexpected inflow of a hemostatic to the blood vessel 34 can be minimized. |
