PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the repeated formation of a plate by a method wherein a plurality of movable rod elements are arranged in a closely packed lattice-like fashion so as to changeably form an uneven surface by means of the tips of respective rods and their neighboring portion in order to employ the uneven surface as a form plate. SOLUTION: A form plate 10 consists of a plurality of movable rods 20 arranged in a lattice-like fashion and a spacer 19, which fills and seals the gaps among the movable rods 20 forms a base fixing the moving rods 20. A plate making device controls the heights of the respective movable rods in response to the data in a signal received from a computer. As a result, an intaglio, in which image portions such as characters and the like are recessed, is formed. Further, each movable rod 20 is formed in advantage of the production process of a semiconductor or the like. Thus, the repeated employment of the form plate becomes possible and the forming time of the form plate can be shortened and its cost can be reduced. |
