PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of continuously producing a gradient magnetic material having a desired Si concn. gradient in the sheet thickness direction with high reproducibility. SOLUTION: A heating furnace 1 heating a degreased steel sheet to a prescribed temp., a siliconizing treating furnace 2 subjecting the steel sheet to siliconizing treatment in a nonoxidizing gas atmosphere contg. a reactive Si compd., a diffusing treating furnace 3 provided at need, a cooling furnace 4 cooling the steel sheet subjected to the siliconizing treatment, an insulating film coating device 12 and a drying and baking device 13 are arranged in order, by which a gradient magnetic material having an Si concn. gradient in the sheet thickness direction is continuously produced. |
