摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press a seal part against an adjoining caisson by a stable pressing force by providing a rib projecting from a fixed part on the boundary part between the fixed part and the seal part in the lengthwise direction of joint material. SOLUTION: This rubber-made joint material constituted of a fixed part 1 and a seal part 2 is formed by extrusion molding. The outer face of the fixed part 1 is along the wall of a caisson 13, a wear plate 5 is put thereon and fixed by fixing bolts 14. At this time, a rib 8 is pressed against the wall of the caisson 13, and compressively deformed. Accordingly, inclination of the seal part 2 becomes deep by an angleδ. As a result, molding error of the seal part 2 and installation error of the caisson 13 are absorbed in the range of the height difference. Cut-in grooves 9 are provided on the extreme end part of the seal part 2, and an outside pressing part 10 is formed between these and the extreme end part 7, and further an intermediate pressing part 11 is formed between the two cut-in grooves 9. Hereby it becomes favorably attached to the surface of a structure, and the seal effect can be improved.
