PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin compsn. for an elastic film usable for gather parts of a disposable paper diaper, etc., having excellent babble stability and film opening property in making a film by inflation method. SOLUTION: This resin compsn. for elastic film comprises 100 parts compsn. comprising 20-70% low density polyethylene contg. not less than 18% 4-8Cα-olefin comonomer having a density of 0.86-0.90 g/cm<3> , a melt index of 0.1-50 g/10 min and a weight average mol.wt./number average mol.wt. ratio of 1.8-2.8 (a), 20-70% ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (b), 5-25% styrene type thermoplastic elastomer (c), and 5-20% polyethylene (d), and 1-50 parts inorg. filler (e).
