PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound which has an isoxazole ring having a heterocyclic group or the like as a substituent, and is useful as a noxious organism-controlling agent which has a certain effect, and allows safe use. SOLUTION: This compound is shown by formula I [A is a heterocyclic group, which can have nitro and so on as a substituent, such as triazole, or the like; B is a group such as one shown by formula II; R1 and R3 are each nitro or the like; R2 is H or the like; (m) is 0-3; R is H or the like]. 5-(2,6- Difluorophenyl)-4-(1-methyl-3-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)isoxazole, for example, is obtained by reacting a compound shown by formula III (R4 is H or the like; R5 is a 1-6C alkyl; R4 and R5 can form a 3-8C ring together) [e.g. 2,6-difluoro-β- dimethylamino-α-(1-methyl-3-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)acrylophenone] with hydroxylamine or a salt thereof (e.g. hydroxylamine hydrochloride).
