PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crosslinkable molding materials containing a silane-grafted poly-α-olefin. SOLUTION: Desired crosslinkable molding material contain (a) 3-98 pts.wt. one or more thermoplastics and (b) 2-97 pts.wt. sufficiently amorphous poly-α- olefin grafted with a silane having at least one olefinic double bond and up to 3 alkoxy groups directly linked with the silicon as the major components, the grafted poly-α-olefin having a melt viscosity at 190 deg.C of 100-50,000 mPa.s and the total amount of components (a) and (b) being 100 pts.wt, and additionally contain 0 to less than 0.5 pt.wt. reinforcing agent. Molded materials or molded members having high impact resistance, high tear strength and low creep behavior can be obtained after crosslinking of component (b).
