<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent occurrence of insufficiency of hot water by continuing heating of water even when abnormality occurs in a temperature sensor for detecting a ready-bath temperature. CONSTITUTION:It is detected by a sensor abnormality detecting means 5 whether a temperature sensor 1 for detecting a ready-bath temperature and temperature sensors 2a to 2c for detecting the quantity of residual hot water are normal or not. When the temperature sensor 1 for detecting the ready-bath temperature is normal, an operation control means 6 outputs an electrification stop command to a heater electrification control means 9 on the basis of an output of this temperature sensor. In the case when the temperature sensor 1 turns abnormal, the operation control means 6 outputs the electrification stop command when all of the temperature sensors 2a to 2c for detecting the quantity of residual hot water detect a set temperature. When the sensor abnormality detecting means 5 detects that the temperature sensors 2a to 2c for detecting the quantity of residual hot water are abnormal, the operation control means 6 stops an operation of heating water.</p> |
