PURPOSE:To secure the safety and improve the working efficiency by providing a vehicle speed reducing means for decelerating a travel device at the time of detecting body vibration over the set intensity, and forming this vehicle speed reducing means in such a way as to execute deceleration only during the turning state of a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION:The detected information of a steeing sensor S1, a neutral sensor (n), a back sensor Sb and a vibration sensor S2 is inputted into a vehicle speed reducing means 17. The vehicle speed reducing means operates an electric motor 14 according to the vibration generated to a vehicle body to perform speed reducing control. In this case, the vehicle speed is reduced when the turning state is judged from the signal of the steering sensor S1 and also the vibration detected by the vibration sensor S2 is over the set value. |
