<p>The drawing unit, at a ring spinner, has a plate-shaped base body (64) to carry at least the adjustable rotary bearings (14a,16a) for the drawing cylinders, and preferably all the cylinder rotary bearings (12a-16a). The carrier body (64) is fitted to the machine columns (66) at right angles to the axes of the drawing cylinders (12-16) with preferably adjustment in a horizontal or vertical line (1,2). There is an adjustment operation where the sliding units (30,30') or bearing are initially brought into an end position within their guides (68). Movement of the carrier body in relation to the machine columns gives an axial alignment to the rotary axes of the rotary bearings and the bearing in the supports for the drawing cylinder bearings.</p> |
