The bottle has a circular neck (1) with a convex external wall (2) on which the cap (3) is placed. The cap has a vertical notch (4) in which a seal (6) is affixed. The cap also has a rigid clipping ring (9) which is supported on the upper edge of a wide constriction (10) around the bottle neck. A retractable ring (11) has deformable vertical slits (12) and partially covers, and is connected to the beveled base (13), the outside of the cap.
