The invention concerns a hair remover composition comprising the following steps: adding a predetermined volume of lemon juice in a predetermined mass of honey; a step for heating (SC) said mixture in a vessel (1) at an adjustable temperature (Tc). Said heating step (SC) is maintained until a substantially dehydrated paste is obtained, and the method further comprises an adjustment of temperature so as to limit to a predetermined level (HM) the formation of foam at the mixture (9) surface during the heating step (SC).
