PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make mold register of both molds coincide perfectly on a given position by forming positioning recesses and protrusions on an outer mold and an inner mold and engaging both molds each other when a study mold for the trial manufacture of an article of sophisticated shape such as a transparent container or the like is manufactured. SOLUTION: An outer mold 12 and an inner mold 20 are mold registered each other. When the inner mold 20 is inserted concentrically into the outer mold 12, a second recessed section 20a molded on the inner mold 20 is made consistent with a first protruded section 12a molded on the lower end of the outer mold 12. Namely first protruded sections 12a formed on adjoining two sites are engaged with second recessed sections 20a formed on the inner mold 20, and another protruded section 12a formed on one site is engaged with another second recessed section 20a formed on one site on the inner mold 20. Both molds 12 and 20 are mold registered together in the state that their centers are line up completely. Then resin cured with time is injected from an opening in the state that the outer mold 12 and the inner mold 20 are positioned accurately. |
