High dielectric constant electrolytic capacitor anode manufacturing method

摘要

An electrolytic capacitor anode is produced by vapor depositing and anodizing an aluminum alloy containing a metal having a high dielectric constant oxide on an aluminum foil substrate. An electrolytic capacitor anode is produced by anodizing a rough-surfaced vapor deposited layer of an alloy of aluminum with another metal, the oxide of which has a higher dielectric constant than that of aluminum oxide, on an aluminum foil substrate. An Independent claim is also included for an electrolytic capacitor anode produced by the above process.
